FEE STRUCTURE

All fees (except mess fees) can be paid through cash/local or multi-city cheque/demand draft/RTGS/NEFT bank transfer.

Non-refundable admission fee: Rs.50,000 (payable after selection, to confirm admission, after which receipt and documents for bank loan will be provided to the student)

I year course fee: Rs.1,00,000 (payable before July 1, for the new academic year)

Enrolment and examination fees: Rs.5,000 (payable by July 1, along with the I year course fee)

Hostel fee (for girl students opting for hostel facility): Rs.48,000 payable along with the non-refundable admission fee.

II year course fee (AVC and MMC): Rs.1,55,000 (payable by July 1, the following year)

For purposes of education loans from banks and income tax relief the fees break-up is provided, along with all other expenses that a student may have to incur during the course of his/her two-year study at Commits.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION / REFUND POLICY: If a student is found academically ineligible at the time of enrollment, the student's admission will be cancelled and will be entitled to a 100% course fee refund (except application fee). If a student is dismissed or suspended for academic and non-academic reasons mid-way through the course, on the basis of discipline or below-par performance, the student will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. If a student discontinues the course on his/her own accord, due to medical reasons during the first year, 50% of the first year fees paid will be refunded. If a selected student does not report to college after paying the admission fees of Rs.50,000, the student is not entitled to a refund of the admission fees.

HOSTEL FEES: Girl students who wish to avail of the hostel facility on campus have to pay Rs.48,000 as hostel fees along with the non-refundable admission fees. Hostel accommodation will be provided only to first year students for one year on a first-come-first-serve basis. The hostel fee is for one year and does not include mess charges. In case the student wishes to avail of PG accommodation in Bangalore city, the charges (food and accommodation) could work out to Rs.1,00,000 per person per year.

MESS FEES: Monthly mess fees of Rs.2,500 will have to be paid compulsorily by all hostel inmates to Mr Goutham Biswas of Aakash Catering Services by the first of every month towards lunch and dinner. There will be no mess charges during October and April-May-June, when students go for internships. Breakfast will not be served in the canteen…
