COMMITS-Aspire for Her
Commits has signed an MoU with ‘Aspire For Her’ a not for profit organization which focuses on empowering students, especially girls, through innovative training programmes, online webinars/seminars with women achievers and entrepreneurs, and enrolling for cutting edge tech courses on IBM Open P-Tech platform.
COMMITS-Daksh-Marga
Commits has partnered with Daksh, a not for profit organization working on awareness and capacity-building in the areas overlapping Media and Law. Programmes will be conducted under DAKSH’s initiative MĀRGA (Media And its Role in Governance and Accountability) for students, faculty of journalism and media, working journalists, PR professionals and junior legal practitioners. Subjects include reporting on legal issues, understanding police, courts and the justice system, and the ethics involved in media coverage.
COMMITS-Network-18
Commits and Network18 Group signed an MoU in 2015 for training, internship and placements for Commits students with Network18 channels and media platforms. The MoU was signed in the august presence of Bharat Ratna Prof C N R Rao.
COMMITS-FEJI-UNIC
Commits and The Forum for Environmental Journalists in India (FEJI), in collaboration with United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan (UNIC) aim to sensitise and train students and social influencers in the areas of Rural Development and Environment. Future activities include research to influence public opinion and policy, through awareness and capacity-building initiatives at the level of decision-makers.
